1. How do you screen for tenants?
We first ask the tenant about their income level. They need to make 3 times the rent to pre-qualify. Next we do criminal and credit checks on all prospective tenants. We also spend time with the tenants on site to do a personal interview.
2. What do your management services include?
We are a full service management company that can make readies, collect rents, pay the bills, and deal with tenant issues.
3. Do you know how to deal with section 8 rentals?
Yes. We work with Section 8 when clients or markets suggest that direction.
4. How much do your services cost?
We charge 10% of your gross income. There is also a charge to move a tenant into a property along with annual renewal fees.
